Beth Meltzer

One of my favorite things about yoga is that it is accessible to everyone, no matter your starting point. Yoga has changed my life for the better in so many ways. I'm stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally. I've done things I had never imagined I would be capable of. Try a class to experience the benefits that my students and I have known.

One of my passions is to help people better manage stress and emotional pain. As part of my life coach work, I have helped clients do this spiritually through prayer, forgiveness, and other spiritual methods. Yoga addresses the more physical aspects of stress and emotional pain, by facilitating energy flow, improving flexibility, and stimulating the lymphatic system. Yoga has changed my life and my clients\' lives for the better in so many ways.
