Carlos is a Certified Breath Coach who, as a result of many concussions, CPTSD, and ADHD, has spent years studying various breathing techniques and other self-care practices to help him manage his anxiety, panic attacks, and depression. He is committed to supporting those on a similar journey who are struggling to maintain inner balance.

I teach breathing techniques that will either upregulate, downregulate, or balance your autonomic nervous system based on your specific needs. These practices will support you in relieving anxiety and stress, improving sleep, improving digestion, improving mental focus, and balancing your energy.

Different breathing techniques are essential to my daily routine helping me relax, find balance and stay focused. When I am not mastering my breathing, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, eating lots of veggies and fruits, meditating, or exploring the world outdoors. Whether hiking, trail running or searching for new bodies of water to take a cold dip, I am always looking for ways to connect with nature.
