Ariadne Angulo

Ariadne is a conservation biologist and a breath coach. After a life-changing event, Ariadne realized she needed skills to better manage stress, which she found in breathwork and mindfulness. She now seeks to share a science-based, practical approach that integrates elements of nature, mindfulness and breathwork to help others navigate stress.

These are the warp and the weft of the tapestry of what’s important to me:

- Breathing deeply to be fully present in our days
- Loving and respecting the natural world
- Curiosity to learn and explore ourselves and nature
- Loving science
- Gratitude for the world’s beauty
- Awe and humility for the universe
- Grief for current and historical transgressions
- Loving stories and storytelling
- Sharing all of the above
