Passionate about life and curious by nature, I became involved in trapeze yoga and interested in science based yoga. I experienced how the playfulness of hanging upside down combines wonderwell with the dedication to oneself. I teach Vinyasa Flow yoga and Trapezeyoga. In my classes, I focus on the well-being and growth of my students. I help them develop strenght, balance and flexibility to stay grounded in the hussle of everyday life.
