I am just like you. | I am a woman with a full-time office job and a mom of three kids. I know how crazy busy life can be. | A couple of years ago, I started suffering from lower back, neck, leg issues and tension headaches. | Then I started practising yoga. After just a few weeks of exercising, I started experiencing better sleep, improved flexibility, strength, mood & energy levels. I was not stressed out anymore all the time, step-by-step I found balance in my body and my mind. | I became a yoga teacher to help other women, regardless of age, find balance and regain physical strength and mobility.
