Hi! just a quick stop to thank Aiste for her yoga classes! She is very proffesional, very focused and good fun at the same time, thats what u need while u r on ur mat! I find classes strong and challenging but she always gives plenty options that suits ur body and ur current practise. Aiste explains postures very well and looks after every yogi in the group, so everyone gets good benefits after the class! I wish all the best and thanks very much for a good vibe u give to us!!
